Since 1996, the MMR-Environment Improvement Society has supported several projects towards environment improvement through research, innovation, implementation, awareness creation and training. The Society has been a common platform that provides support for information generation and research on metropolitan environment and its improvement. These projects have been mostly undertaken in close collaboration with government agencies so as to ensure that the findings inform further actions of these agencies.
Listed in the following sub heads are project details funded by the society over the Years. The Database available on the website would serve as a knowledge bank for students, academicians and professionals working in the field of Environment Management. The data is expected to be used with due acknowledgement to the Proponent (Author of the Project) as well as MMR-EIS.
